Help with lighting; increase ambient temp with ceramic or basking bulb?

Hi, so I just changed my enclosure set up a bit.

My main basking bulb is good, and my Arcadia UVB is also fine.

The thing is with my second lighting source. I need the middle to be more hot so should I put a 100W basking bulb for light and heat, or a 100W ceramic heater?

100w basking bulb: 32°c (89.6°f)
Without basking bulb or heat emitter: 26°c (78.8°f)

My beardie spends most of his time on the red resin rock (you can see it in the photos attached lol) so am a bit worried he won't get enough UVA. I also have a 75W version, should I try that instead?

1st photo: with 100w basking bulb
2nd photo: without 100w basking bulb.

Please let me know what you think! Thank you for reading

The temp in the middle is ok, you want a good gradient across the habitat. I recommend situating your uvb and basking so that there is overlap. Your beardie will move to the area that happens to be the amount it wants of each.

Thank you! So there's no issue with there being a second UVA light source?

About the UVB placement I have turned basking light off to see where UVB light goes and it does hit the basling spot but it is not placed "directly on top" of the basking spots? Do you think this is OK? I can't move it anywhere else because the dome gets in the way. I do have another Arcadia UVB 12% that I can put on the right side of enclosure just in case he doesn't get enough UVB? What do you think?

He should move between the two, my male does. He doesn't like the basking i have that overlaps so he bask in the 2nd spot and then goes to the uvb. Yes you can run 2 basking lights, just be careful to make sure he has a cool place he can go if he wants. Both pieces of sandstone i use are thick enough to block the heat, he also uses the space under both. The second pic is where my uvb and basking overlaps, he can can get closer to the other and likes it better. You just have to try a few things and see what he likes, as long as you can get the right temp and uvb you can set it up most any way you want.

Ahh ok thank you, that makes a lot of sense. So I probably won't need the 2nd UVB right? Since he moves to the red resin rock where the UVB is directly on top of.

You dont need two UVB's he needs to be able to get out of the UVB rays if he wants to-- distance for that UVB should be 12-15 inches

Got it, thank you! I've read that if it sits above mesh (which mine does) that it should be 8-12 inches. I have mine at 8 inches. Is this fine? Or should I consider moving it higher?

Either way works as long as you have the right distance for your setup. I personally like mine unobstructed but I'm slightly ocd and over think stuff lol.
