I'll 2nd and 3rd that
Mealworms aren't good for any beardie. There isn't much nutrition in them and the small amount that is in them is hard to digest because of that hard shell. Superworms are better - more gushy nutrition v/s hard chitin than the mealworms. BUT, like already mentioned, superworms aren't very safe to feed small younger dragons. If he's over 16 inches you can offer one or two to start with and make sure he can digest them properly. If you've got a smaller, younger dragon, calcium dusted crickets (no bigger than the space between the eyes) or phoenix worms are what most people feed daily. Smaller silkworms would work too.
As for the UVB - despite claims on the box and claims from some petstore representatives, the Zilla lights don't actually produce that much
UVB light - people have done testing with UVB meters and verified this. The best bulb is the Reptisun 10-0 longer tube fluorescent and some people like the Mercury Vapor Bulbs as well. But I would personally only go with one of those options. There are some issues to be careful of with the MVB's, but there are several articles on here talking about that - so read through those if you wanted to pursue that option. UVB is one of the most critical things for your beardie - the uvb activates your Vit D which allows them to actually use the calcium, otherwise serious problems like metabolic bone disease could develop!
Good luck and looking forward to some pictures and more details about the little beardie !
