What weight would you say is an ideal weight for a bearded dragon?

He's one year and 2 months. He weighs 453g weighed him this morning and he's 17 long

Each dragon will be relatively different, but from my experience your dragons sounds to be at a really good weight for his size. A good indication if they're a healthy weight are the fat pads on the head and base of the tail, along with a belly that does not drag when they walk.

For reference:
My 2yr old that passed away recently was 316g at 16.5" long
My 7 1/2 month old is 18.5" long and 434g last I measured last Friday.
