That's quite a few hatchlings to have in one tub. Watch out for nips, and aggression between them.

They are separated with individual mini tubs covered by a screen so they can't get to each other so technically they have their own little housing inside.

I would make sure the uvb is 6-8" especially if it is going through the screen on the tub then the additional screens for the little tubs. Other than that I have no idea how to keep hatchlings.
