Grey skin on head. what is this?

Hey guys,
been awhile since i've been on here. i just noticed something odd on my beardie's head yesterday and not sure what to make of it. anyone have a clue on what is going on with him? here's a pic

looks like the start of a shed.

that looks very similar to whats on my beardies nose, same spot and everything, only thing is that spot on his nose shed, and looked the same before and after the shed :S
