Getting beardie to drink?

Hiya,

I am having trouble getting Luna to drink water.

I bath her every other day and she doesn't seem to want to drink the water.

I have tried droppers but she just shuts her eyes and waits til it drops off :roll:

I put drops of water on her salad so maybe this helps?

How do I know if she is hydrated?

I've found that leaving the tap on just a bit in the bath to create the sound of moving water with or without the additional coaxing of dripping water on my beardie's head does the trick. It also seems to coax him to poop, so results may vary

As far as knowing if they're dehydrated, I think if you gently pull up on a loose flap of skin & it doesn't go back to its original shape, that might be an indicator.

I find if I dip my finger in her water and hold in in front of her then she'll lick it off quite happily. I've not found any other way to get mine drinking
