Fred and Jackies Thread**Remodeled Tank Pics

I have some terrible news... My younger brother decided that it would be great if he could take Fred out to show his friends, I've told him many times that I didn't want him touching them unless i'm there with him (he's very irresponsible). I got home early today to find only Jackie in their tank, and i heard crying in the other room. When I went to check out what happened... My brother told me he lost Fred outside. He has been missing for about 2 hours now. I've been out looking for a good hour. I've got neighbours and friends helping me and they said they'd keep an eye out for me. My room is so much more depressing without him, I'll keep updating my thread on any news i get about him.

Ah no!! Ive read lots of stories of beardies going missing and being found again, even after months....don't give up hope. Leave something warm outside and his favourite foods and he may come back to them. Hope you find him soon!!

Oh, no! I'm so sorry... Bur as catUK says, there are lots of stories of beardies going missing and then turning up again. I hope he's one of them! Will be thinking about him...

Is the tank one you could put a lock on? Sounds like it might be justified, here, for only you to have a key.

I've been looking like non stop for so long. I really hope he is ok. On a brighter note, the weather has cleared up here and is really warm so maybe he'll be alright.

I've been looking like non stop for so long. I really hope he is ok. On a brighter note, the weather has cleared up here and is really warm so maybe he'll be alright.

The last thread i read about a missing beardie that turned up ages after was from the UK- the weather was a mix of warm, cold, rain etc (normal british weather :roll: ) during that time and the beardie was fine when he returned. Good luck and stay positive!

Set up a basking light & food close to where your brother last saw him, I've read of a few beardies found this way. GOOD LUCK.

Hey sorry I had to go away for the weekend and when I got home my neighbor found Fred in his garden! He also has reptiles so he put him under proper lighting and everything. He looks surprisingly good. I was so stressed all weekend, I didn't want to go anywhere but I already pad for the hotel. I'm so happy now and I'll take some pictures because I think he grew a little.

Fred and I say thank you everyone! We are all so happy.
Jackie looked depressed after a couple of days alone... But it's all alright now and I'm so glad to have him back.
