I was wondering if this food schedual was ok for my bearded dragon. I give him romain lettuce with carrots and meal worms everyday and about 12 crickets once a weak.

How old is your beardie?
Personally I would say no..
Meal worms are no good for beardies, as they can cause impaction.
And romaine lettuce has no nutritional value at all.
12 crix a week is not nearly enough..

Collard is one of the better greens.
Young BDs need at least 20 crickets a day. As mentioned above mealies are no good.
