Wow ! I never had That happen to me.
I bathe right after the first feeding of insects, 2 hours after "lights" on.
You can try the bath at the end of the day, to relax baby and get him ready for sleep if this continues.
Just make sure water temp is 90-100*F, level of water to his shoulders, And most important, supervised. You can place your hand under his tummy for support, or place a rock, old clean sock, something that he can use to rise out of the water.
Also, he may at some time, duck his head under the water, which means he's having fun and playing.
Hope this helped,
Janie.

Miss Priss falls asleep in the bath, so we make it a before bed thing around here. She gets a bath and then falls asleep so I take her out and wrap her up and snuggle for a while. Are you certain he fell asleep and didn't just close his eyes to relax? You should try interacting with him while he's in there, because he really needs at stay in 10-20 minutes, and that's not safe if he's asleep.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
