I just have a quick question, is it ok to feed my dragon kale daily? She's about 1 year and 10 months, she eats locusts daily (she got picky and won't eat crickets anymore) and mealworms once or twice a week. She loves kale at the moment but I read somewhere it shouldn't be a daily thing?

What veg do you all feed daily?

I'm not to sure about kale. I don't use it at all.

I feed a mixture of mustard greens, bok choy, dandelion greens,
Broccoli and collard. I use a food processor to mix it all up

Kale really shouldn't be the primary green you're feeding.

Kale has High vit. A (89 IU/g), moderate levels of oxalates and goitrogens
(from the www.beautifuldragons.com nutrition chart).

In small amounts and mixed in with other good greens, then it's OK.

Ok cool, I've people say mustard greens before, in UK supermarkets are they called mustard greens or do they go by another name as I can never seem to find them!

Not heard of bok choy but I'll look for that one too!

Given the fact that (in the US at least), there's no real regulation
on what "organic" means and that growers can slap the label of
"organic" on pretty much anything they want [and raise it's price by 50%]:

I just use "regular" produce and give it the same good washing that I give
to the produce that I eat as well.

that makes all the sense in the world...and there's such a limited amount of products that are even available that have the "usda approved organic" label, its just a headache...of course i dont want to make my baby sick or compromise her health, but i also dont want to break the bank and not allow for more variety in her diet

There is a mineral or something (I can't remember what it's called) in kale that keeps beardies (and us for that matter) from absorbing calcium. So it should be fed sparingly.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
