i was wondeing what the best/ cheapest way was to feed the my crickets besides salad

An el' cheapo high protein dog/cat food would work great. If you have bulk feeds for farmers/ranchers near you, you could also purchase chicken egg laying mash from there for around $10-12 per 50# bag that works well too.

Patrick can you use the chicken mash for Dubia roaches?

Yep, works just fine. Some people use it exclusively as their dry food source.
