eyelids sagging

Hey guys
i was wondering if my beardies eyes was okay the eyelids look like there sagging but i dont know if its normal
i got him like that so i guess he was born that way plz help

In some dragons its normal but it can also be a sign of dehydration. Is he getting enough to drink?

Well he's about 13 months old I leave some veggies and leave in with water like that they don't dry up and I have a water bowl also that's always full I try to manually make him drink but most the time he backs up and doesn't drink from the the dripper I have I give him baths once every 2 weeks

I'd really try and increase his water intake and see if his eyelids change at all, if they stay the same then I suppose its normal for him. Does he ever drink in the bath? I'd increase his baths to every other day for a couple weeks and really try to get him to take water from the eye dropper. Personally, I like to use a large needless syringe for water. Hold it really close to his lips and once he starts licking, keep the water slowly coming until he's had 2-3 cc's
