One question, shouldn't the paper towels he is on be damp right after hatching? I though I see most folks have them a bit wet... Maybe not though?

Oh my goodness guys, we now have 3 little hyper babies running around. One hatched about an hour ago, letting him sleep in the incubator for a while. I'm so excited to see they are all doing so well.

I didn't ever keep the paper towels wet unless I was getting an unabsorbed yolk sac absorbed. I just sprayed the box down a couple times a day and replaced the paper towel once it was dried.
