Dubias and Asmtha

I hear that cockroachs can cause asmtha problem will dubias have the same effect?

I don't see how dubias can cause asthma because there poop is like large sand and they don't smell at all. There is no dust in anything but their food. I have been keeping them for probably a year and there is no problem. I am 99% sure you won't have any problems.
