Dubia Roach molted and grew wings....

I take this to mean it's now an adult. And it grosses me out. "Bigly  . What the heck am I supposed to do with it, now? I doubt that one winged roach is enough to start a dubia colony . I have a half dozen immature dubias left out of the 25 I originally purchased for feeding to my Bearded Dragon (and he loves them!), and although they are unpleasant to me, they don't immediately make me freak out, like winged roaches do.

I'm not feeding a winged roach to the dragon since it's pretty darn huge, and I'm sure as hey not letting it go outside. What now? Advice?

Thanks

It's an adult male. An adult dragon can chomp one down pretty easily but I would just leave him in the bin to do his thing. You can feed him leftover salad and veg scraps and that should keep him pretty content.
