Dragon won't wake up

The jungle dawn is a full spectrum LED. It doesn't give off any heat. It's on the same timers with the rest of his lights. His reading for UV is currently 4.5.

I know they dont give off heat but they have lights - this is just something I would try - the UVB is good for output so we know that is not the issue -- I would leave it off for a week and see what he does --
