Does anyone trim their Beardie's Nails?

Does anyone trim their beardie's nails? If so, How and what to use so as not to hurt them.

I have the scissors (bird nail scissors) but haven't taken the punge yet. There was a girl we knew at a pet shop who cut Sweetie's names a couple of times. I've been wanting to trim them, but not sure if it's a good idea.

Personally I don't like doing it and tried all other possiblities or waring them down naturally with tile and rock piles first. But Ms. Tiggs' nails were still to long after several months on tile with a rock pile so I broke down and clipped them. I just use a brand new pair of fingernail clippers and only cut ever so little off of the tips not nearly enough but it was enough to get to the softer nail so that now they are waring down on the tile and rocks.

We trim Rexy's nails every so often when they get too sharp. We use baby nail scissors and just trim the sharp tips off. We are very careful and Rexy is fine with it.

I trim my three beardie's nails. I use a reptile scissor and only cut the tips off.

I am able to trim 2 of my beardies nails. I use nail clippers and just trim the ends..(not very much) or else they will both let me do a quice file on the nails...My female on the other hand won't let me clip hers. (she gets nasty - bites and hisses) I have the vet trim them when she goes in for a check up..
