Dragon turn this white while shedding? She is a rescue case and this is her first REAL shed with me. none of my other dragons turn is white and i just thought it was cool and that i would ask if any others do.

My dragon has done that with some sheds. That is normally a few days before it starts to go. He goes kind of dull, then white, then it becomes almost clear right before it starts shedding.

She seems like a realy light colored beardie to begin with and looks like she totally detached form that layer keeping in on pretty neat and man is she going to POP when that comes off. It's probably off right now so post that pic already. And make sure it's good

Still nothing!! It's now going on to 4-5 days now that she has been this white. I have even tried just rubbing lightly in some areas but still nothing. It's not moving.

It may take a little while. If the humidity is really low in your viv, as happens sometimes this time of year, you might try bumping it a little iwht a small water dish. Otherwise, don't force it - it will happen when it happens.

The day before her last shed. Her body and top of her head are always last. She was white like that for almost 2 weeks.

My boy Steve is like this; I've only had him since December, but soon after bringing him home he shed his tail, all four legs and his head; he went exactly like your baby has! He's shedding his body now, and it was as white as your picture a few days ago; but I'm starting to see the colour of his new scales break through, and when that happened last time he finished his shed within the next 48 hours.

I was shocked, to say the least! My big girl Ruby has only shed once in the year I've had her, but she was about 2 & a half when I first got her. It was nothing like this! My mother was minding Steve for me while I was away one weekend, and when I came home I thought something had happened Steve and my mom had replaced him with a snow/albino dragon!

Beautiful little girl you got there, by the way. Adorable. You'd think she'd be cranky with that shedding, but she's like "SMILE FOR THE CAMERA". They're all little posers. :roll:
