Has anyone been able to call them? I just tried and got the automated message: "This number is no longer in use." They just took my money and ran. :evil: What's going on?!?!?!

cancelled order one week ago. still no refund. called bank to dispute charge.
dont care if it costs me 50dollars to get back my 25. what a terrible site!

your credit card company should be able to remove the charge free if not i would change companies

anyway i agree with you about them i have not had much luck ordering crickets online

worm man took FOREVER to process my acount i have ordered them on a saterday i thought they would send them out that week no they sent it out the nest week

then i tried a different place(cant remember the name) and about 1/2 of them died within a week grrrr
