Do Fireworks Scare Beardies?

It's the 4th of july and fireworks are always boomin' :lol: . My dog absolutely flips out when there are loud noises but my bearded dragon doesn't. Does anyone out their have firework problems? Just curious :lol: !

From what I've seen they don't really react all that much to sound. I haven't had my guy out during fireworks (and try to avoid them myself). I'm not sure what they'd think of the bright flashes but it's probably not good to have them close to fireworks if it can be helped. If they're inside and the fireworks are just going off nearby though it's fine and they probably wont notice or react to them.

Yes …. all sudden loud sounds will scare a lizard.

The light in my beardies viv exploded a few weeks ago the noise was louder than any fire work and she didn't even flinch although I definitely did!!! So doubt fireworks would upset them too much

My pet skinks and dragons have always shown awareness and interest in all sounds , especially unexpected loud ones.
