Do Bearded Dragons Dream?

I think it's the cutest when my little Cobar falls asleep on me, but he moves A LOT for a sleeping dragon. He lifts his head and licks/ bites the air for minutes at a time, but his eyes are still closed and before I know it he's sound asleep. Do you think he's dreaming or possibly hungry? lol

Once in a while it seems like my girl is dreaming, moving her legs around , sleeping but like she is walking around, but not moving, make sense?
