I agree that you are very mature for your age. The dragon is definitely in better hands now.

If you don't have a UVB light, you can try taking her outside for an hour or so of natural sunlight. I'm not sure how well she moves, but if she's capable of bolting, you would probably want to put her in a tub. You can try this every day (if it's hot outside try doing so in the morning or early evening) until you can get your hands on a good UVB light.

If you have a couple of shoeboxes around, you can also use those as temporary hides. I use those when Darwin is brumating (which I think is coming up soon) and it's really easy to just fold back a side of it for an entrance.

She might have a bit of relocation stress so if she doesn't eat for a week or two, it's nothing to worry about. Just keep her hydrated with baths. I would recommend taking the water bowl out of her cage. It could raise humidity in the tank which could lead to a respiratory infection. Try soaking her in the sink or in a tub with warm water instead for about 10-20 minutes. If she drinks, you could take her out sooner.

I've noticed that beardies who've been rescued have a remarkable spirit to them so I'm glad she's getting a second chance with you! Did the previous owners tell you how old she might be?

They already told me the light itself doesn't work, just that they were giving me the lamp (is that a proper word for it?)...we just ordered another light for it, I believe it was...either Repti-Sun or something else similar.

Just looked at this "Calci-Blast" thing...do you happen to know where on the website I could find shipping information? Do beardies take a certain flavor better then others? How long will this bottle last?

She can be capable of bolting, but other then that she can be quite slow. I think this afternoon I'll set her outside in a tub. It's better not to risk it, right?

Okay. I think I'm going to leave the bowl in though, just because she likes crawling on it. I'll empty the water soon.

Wait. Look at her poop. This doesn't look right:

It's kind of runny, with three ball-like chunks in it. It's like a mustard yellow, maybe a bit more brown, and then there's a few parts that's slightly more brown. And there's tiny strings of blood in it...now that I look closer, I think it's corn. (They fed her frozen corn in her previous home).

EDIT: Yeah. They said she's about four years old.

I picked up most the poop with a tissue, then rubbed the spot she pooped in with some spot cleaner. Every thing looks normal now but...it kind of smells. D: Should I just wash the entire covers, or is there a way to get rid of the stench in that one place? (I'm not sure why I'm asking you guys this, but um...)

Whatever you can wash, I would wash in hottest water possible. Since you're still unfamiliar with your dragon, you don't know what kind of parasites or bacteria it could have. Reptiles are known to be carriers of Salmonella, which could be harmful to you if you accidentally eat it. It's probably just the corn she ate before, but if she's pooping blood it could be that she's dehydrated or possibly something more.

Well, I has going to put her outside for a bit, but around her the air quality is terrible. All the football games have been canceled, and we're not allowed outside at school anymore. I was going to go to the carnival, but with the weather...

there has been way too many wildfires we can't keep up with, therefore the air is super smoky. Will it harm her if I put her outside?

Yeah, I thought so too. Mmm...the light should be here in 4-6 days. It is a fluorescent tube, and the brand is called "Repti-Glo".

There have been some reports of that brand of UVB light being bad for some beardie's eyes. Darwin was under a Reptiglo for the first 6 months I had him with absolutely no problems, but I've also had a friend say that her beardie developed some eye issues. If you notice your beardie closing its eyes or looking like they're swollen, it's probably best to get a new UVB light. Did you get the Reptiglo 10.0 for desert animals?

And they are right, she is a beautiful beardie. You said she didn't eat the kale. How strong is her jaw? Does she have enough control over her jaw that she can grab and hold smaller, lighter bits of food like kale? I know you said she was eating corn, which would be a little easier to grasp.

I've seen her eat. Not at my place, but I know she can eat. I think she's just trying to get used to my house before she starts eating.

The retiglo is awful. PLEASE look into getining a reptisun 10.0, it's the best there is.
