Cut on finger

Hello, I have just noticed a cut on my beardie's finger, he cut him self on a nail from his cave after he ripped apart the styrofoam that was covering it. What can I do to help him?

Hi, sorry I haven't been on in a while.
The cut is mostly healed now, but he won't stay still so I can't take a picture of it. I have just rinsed it off with warm water, and he has been soaking it in his water dish, kinda strange but hey, if he likes it, whatever. He has had a little trouble bending it, and the scales aren't laying down flat as they should. That's really the only part that worries me now.

I just told you, he won't stay still. He keeps running around, or just jerking his hand away. Also, like I said, it's mostly healed now.

As long as it's healing over and you don't see signs of further damage (black skin, shriveled skin/tissue around the wounded area) then it will likely be OK. If the outer cut is fully healed over, there probably isn't much else to do at this point besides observe.

Around the cut is darker that the other hand though, I will keep trying to get him to stay still so I can finally post a picture of his hand.

Update:
His finger is bending kinda far back, and he wont let it touch the ground, the scales arent lying down flat, they are sticking up at the end of his finger
