cooked veggies??

I was just curious if a year old beardie could have cooked veggies. I have a family lunch at my house and we have cooked veggies. I was just curious if I could feed them to my girl.

I guess you could. . .as long as they were only steamed.

To my knowledge.. it is best to feed raw veggies, as cooking them might take out some of the nutrition.

With Roo's veggies, I only go as far as rinsing em.
But I would have to say. . as long as they were cooking in nothing but water, with nothing added like salt oils etc then I don't see a problem with it.

Like I said though, stick to raw :3
