Collard Greens???

What exactly are collard greens? I cant seem to find them.. Is there any other names for them?? There are produce places all over town but when i go in there and ask for collard greens they dont know what im talking about..

I know that collard green are a great source of calcium. I dont know any other names for them sorry. They look like this.

hmmm, i've never heard of another name for them. maybe they just don't carry them in your area for some reason. but here's what they look like - thought it might help to have a visual:

I found a place a few mins from my house! Planet organic I think its called. $2.99 CAN per bundle and they always have it fressh.

Thanks for posting up the pictures, I'm kind of in the same boat for the life of me can't find any in my area. Going to have to drive around to other grocery stores or farmer's markets and see what is available. :D

I can only find the big bag of pre cut collards :( and turnips :(. I always have 3/4 of the bag go bad. Which is better for them collards or turnips.....I think they like them just about the same.

Collard should be fed every day? as much as they will eat? just tear up the leaves nice and small? include the stem or leave it out?

yep, collards are great to use everyday. and yes, give them as much as they will eat - the more the merrier. tear up the leaves into nice, bite-sized pieces and throw the stems away.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
