Coccidia Treatment

I got the albon yesterday. I am not sure of the concentration, tho it looks like there isn't much meds in the bottle. (the reptile vet is on vacation until friday)]. Numbers were 3-10 viewings per slide. He is about 4 1/2 months old and is about 10" long (was under 6" when we got him)
anyway, I weighed him using a gram kitchen scale yesterday and he weighs about 88 grams (he was only 24 grams back at end of Jan/beginnning of Feb.
She said to give him 0.1 ml every day for 7 days beginning the 3rd week of every month. She then said, when the meds are done she would like another fecal. Looks like there are 3 weeks worth of meds==or maybe 2 1/2 weeks (thankfully it was only $5). Another client I have talked to, travels over 40 mins to see this reptile vet and has been very happy (and has had 9 beardies in her life at one point--right now she has 4 in 4 separate cages)
I have read in several areas that the albon is good for treating the coccidia in beardies but at the same time is hard on their systems. Would it be a good idea to get him some soy yogurt--I am assuming plain/vanilla is best for him? How often should I give him the yogurt. He took to the meds this morning with no problem at all.
Also, I know prolonged Albon use can hurt kidneys, so what signs would I look for? Both times with these parasites, we would not have known he had any problems with them because he is always hungry, always growing and his poop stinks only on occasion.
Thanks for insight. I think if it doesnt clear but numbers go down, I might decline further albon treatments but I will let that be my husbands call --he is a scientist himself. He says the coccidia is actually easier to treat and better than the pinworms my lizard had. I am thinking of switching totally to worms over the next 2 months. Is it okay to slowly introduce phoenix worms to his diet? I am thinking like his dinner. And every other day originally--and would I need to dust the crickets with calcium at the other meal on the days I feed him worms, or does that depend on amount of worms he eats.
Any suggestions on where to get silk worms for a good price as the pet stores only carry super and mealworms (except in the cans)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
