Chewing on Wood!!

Heyy i recently recieved my new 4ft Vivarium and put some branches in for her to climb on and make it look nicer, also i have a wooden tunnel

after a day of her being in here new vivarium i noticed she was really trying to chew at these :?

is this bad? does it matter? is she hungry? is she stressed?

Is she actually putting her mouth around them and chewing, or is she just sticking her tongue out and licking them a lot? Licking is perfectly normal behavior to get acquainted with her new surroundings. Chewing.. Well, I honestly have no idea, I've never seen a dragon try to eat something that obviously wasn't food... Are the branches long dead and dry, or freshly cut? The only thing I can think is that if they were recently alive they still smell like plant matter and she thinks they're a new kind of salad...

Nope lol she is Chewing them!

well i washed them yesterday but after been in the Viv a few days now there pretty dry and im pretty sure they were cut quite a while ago
