My bulb is a Mercury vapour reptile lamp and I read that you don't use D3 with your calcium if you have a mvb lamp but I'm not sure if that's true. Do i keep using my calcium with d3 and my vitamin powder as well or not? What should I use? I'm afraid I might be using the wrong powder for her crickets. I'm also getting a tube I be light tomorrow as well

What kind (and wattage) of MVB are you using? How far away from the basking area is it? The D3 supplementation has to do with making up for lower than normal levels of UVB exposure which may (it's controversial) reduce their ability to synthesize D3. With the higher output bulbs like an MVB or a T5 tube, at proper distance, the UVB output is similar to that of bright sunlight so the D3 supplementation isn't necessary. If your MVB is at a proper distance it should be putting out enough UVB so D3 supplementation isn't necessary. I use Repashy Calcium NoD and it works well. You could also try using Repashy Calcium Plus which is kind of an all-in-one solution.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
