How can I balance calcium and vitamins throughout the week?

I do calcium 5 days and vitamins 2 days.

Dust all of them with the supplement. Refer to the label on the supplement you're using as they have various instructions. Generally 5-6 days of calcium and 1 day of vitamins is fine. I just put some supplement in the bottom of a small cup, add the bugs, and gently shake them until they're coated. Then just let them crawl/hop out. I do this a few at a time in several batches so it's easier to track the bugs but do this whichever way is easiest for you.

While a good UV lamp will limit the need for D3 supplements a diet exclusively of BSFL is not balanced nor does it negate the need for vitamin supplements.

I use an all in one and dust most (90%) of the insects I feed. Some brands are intended to be mixed together or offered on a schedule. To much fuss for me.
