So I have doubts sometimes about what size tank I should use for my adolecent(er..however ya spell it). At the mo I have a 40 gallon breeder, which was recommended by my local pet store. I don't have much to spend on a tank, so I want to have something low priced. Is my tank a good size? It is nice to have a second opinion.

That is the perfect size!!!!! Your beardie will have plenty of room and can live the rest of his or hers life in that tank.

Some say yes, others say no..
IMHO, it's a bit small, but it will be fine. A 40 gallon will suffice, but a 75 gallon breeder is ideal for your eventual adult beardie.

Yeah, a 40 gl breeder is basically the minimum size for an adult beardie. Obviously bigger would be better but not nescessary.
