I think there are exceptions to every rule. Drago is only about 7 months now, but he is pretty big(20 inches long), and he is brumating. Then again, I have heard of dragons being years old and never brumating.

I think I remember reading here somewhere that some dragons don't have or have lost that instinct to brumate. I forgot to mention though and it just came back to me that Draco is sleeping in the day. Not much but he does nap. And he's only started doing that the last couple of days. Only difference is if I walk in to the computer room where he is he does wake up immediately. He's very nosy though!! :lol: I just figured at 15 months he should be starting at least. He is almost 16 inches now in length too. I just hope he waits till after christmas cause santa has some presents for him. :mrgreen:

Yeah your probably right. I guess it just depends on the dragon and how they fell I guess. They love to worry us.. A LOT.

Yeah I wanted princess to wait too but it didnt happen Ohh well in the mean time I think im going to get a new dragon to play with while shes asleep. I got a whole tank set-up and ready for my new beardie!! :mrgreen:

lol it does Stink! Both my boys have been sleeping for about a month now off and on. I think my older boy, Captain Jack, is going to become paranoid about falling asleep for the winter tho because last winter I brought home a new baby beardie, Zod. Lol when Jack woke up there was baby Zod headbobbing angrily away at him and he didn't know what to make of it. But now both of them are sleeping and this winter I think I'll get a Doberman puppy haha we'll see how that turns out. I miss my boys already lol.
