Hello Abby,
So they were born with those "kinks"? If so, then they are from a pairing that was either inbred or the mother was severely calcium deficient. Those kinks will not straighten out though, unfortunately.
What type of calcium are you giving? Is it liquid I assume? How much are you giving?
The Reptiglo 8 is an ok bulb, but, it does need to be within 6-8 inches from it for maximal exposure. The basking light, make sure that it is placed directly beside the
UVB light to ensure that while they are basking they will get UVB as well.
I personally think that if your tank is large enough you should get a mercury vapor bulb. However, you should probably separate them soon if any signs of aggression are being seen. You could wait for awhile to do that though since you just got them.
You also should try to increase the basking temps just a bit as well. The babies need a little higher basking temps than the adults, say try to bump them to 105 that will help their activity levels.
You could order some liquid calcium from
http://www.beautifuldragons.com to help them out with absorbing more calcium for a little while.
I would give them a couple of weeks before taking them to the vet, unless they are acting ill. I would recommend an x-ray though to see the bone density, though they are pretty small so I am not sure how clear they would be able to see any bones.
They are VERY tiny for sure. They should begin eating pretty soon, but increasing the temps should help quite a bit. Maybe you could try to get some phoenix worms for some other feeder in conjunction with the crickets.
Let us know how they are doing. Have they gone to the bathroom yet?
