Blondie's Pringles ~ Coco, Lexi, Crash & Psycho

So the decision was completely up to Carl, because Xena was his babygirl, and I know no-one else in the world can ever replace her... but he has always wanted to raise a baby dragon, seeing as how 3 of our 4 are rescues, and adults when we took them in...

So darn if they aren't totally like, well as fresnowitte says, P-R-I-N-G-L-E-S-!

So Carl picked out his baby... it'll take a little while to name her, we have to see her personality. Welcome into our hearts, little one... almost 14 inches / 166 grams / crazy hyper personality so far ...

As soon as we got her out of the packaging, she made a bee-line for my son's leg & pancaked out, so CJ got the first real snuggles, he's my little seatwarmer:

Barbara was worrying about finding this little guy a special home, and Carl fell in love with him/her too... so he's our "little guy/gal"... Quasi now looks huge, and Crash looks like Godzilla compared to these two!

So meet little guy / 60 grams / 11 inches ... so laid back, just watches everything going on, and eats and eats and eats (hand-fed salad today :mrgreen: )

Just a little stress going from Cali to Ohio...

Okay I'll get new measurements tomorrow...I think Lexi is in the lead on the weight though, but will see.
Know all about the constant shed...Lola is either shedding or preparing.
She's shed more in the past year than I have ever seen one of my beardies shed. LOL

Tis now Friday. This makes me wonder if Barb is o.k.. or maybe her computer died.

Have you finished the beautiful wedding quilt yet? I still can't get over how talented you are to have made that quilt with your own designs. The butterflies are magnificent!

I'm back everyone! I feel much better though I don't want to over due it on the first day and send my self back to bed on ice. So it may take me a few days to get caught back up. And sorry Dawn I have failed again at getting the measurements on Lola.

She reminds me of Blaze when he was younger he'd sleep till noon to 2 then want to be up later than everyone else. :roll:
She's moving around in her hide right now peaking out at me, but she probably won't come out for another 1/2 hour or so. She's pretty grumpy the past few days...I'm sure it's more shed coming on. :roll: She doesn't want me anywhere near her. What a brat! :evil:

Glad to see you back, Barb. I was starting to worry. There is usually something serious if you don't come on here for several days. I missed the update as we were on our way to Tucson for a grocery shopping trip. We got home about 4:45 and left again after putting the cold/frozen items away, for a shindig honoring our local county sheriff and the first responders of the Monument Fire. It was really great and we enjoyed it, didn't get back till after 8:30. I had put Goldie in our bed so she can be asleep in her normal spot, but she only got about 30 seconds of snuggles and she wasn't real happy with me. I picked her up again after we got back and I get this look from her, worried that I will put her down again. I did 2 or 3 times to keep her safe when I get into the freezer, I don't want to accidentally leave her there, I tend to be a clutz.

Hi Dawn, that quilt is just wonderful, beyond words. The butterflies turned out so well, and the rest of the colours are beautiful, too. It's just amazing that that whole quilt was your design & your handiwork.

How are all your dragons? Is Psycho still hiding on you and streaking by. Lexi is sure growing! How old are the sisters now? And Crash? How's he doing?

I'm still struggling to get Sweetie & Didi to eat, just keep trying daily. They all got their meds today, my vet found parasites in Sweetie & Lonzo's poop, so she gave me enough meds for all 5 and they all get a dose by weight every Sunday for 4 Sundays. This is Sunday #2. Hope it does the trick, they're all quiet when they're on these meds, I think she gave them panacur.

thought I posted this already, must not have hit submit... old age... mentalpause... sux to be me?

So, y'all know by now that I sew, quilt, scrapbook, crochet, etc... crafts? oh yeah, I'm there... So I tried my hand at making fabric coiled baskets/bowls (they're called "bali bowls") ... used some uglyfugly old strips of fabric that I was going to throw away anyway... my first "bowl" ended up being a coaster, it was really really bad...

So I wrap... and wrap... and sew... and wrap some more. 4 hours later, voila, its a bowl, I think it looks yuk. We put Coco on the sewing table, and she jumped in. "Get outta there, silly" ... took her out, she jumps back in...

Ok, I think I've just created a reptile moses basket? LOL

It's like a cat with a new bed, except this time Coco didn't know the bowl wasn't made for HER :lol:

She looked so comfy, so 'at home' in the bowl. Maybe it should go into her house??
