I have had my system setup for several weeks now. I am getting an air temperature of 88-89 degrees and a humidity level of 48-49%. Are these numbers ok?

That sounds fine to me. What are you getting for surface temperatures around the tank?

On the basking spot around 107 down to 98. On the cool side ground level ranges 79 -81.
Yeah that all sounds good to me as well.
