best to use

Ok i have been told and i have read i could use ether Sand, Soil, Dirt for a egg laying box.
I have read i could use any of them i have been told i could use any of them, i want to know what one is the best to use?

Tell me what you use and if it works good for you?

50% potting soil, 50% play sand. Mix and add just enough water so when you pinch between your fingers a drop comes out.

I always used plain topsoil. Be careful with potting soil, most of them contain some fertilizer.

oh ok, do you know what soil i should by than? I can buy some at the walmart or lowes near me.

I can't use soil from out side here, we have none, its all clay.

Any plain topsoil will work. Just read the bag to make sure nothing has been added.
