Best Online Store to buy Crickets in Bulk

let me know which website you guys/gals use and how much it usually is for everything shipped. Are they usually all alive? How well are they packed?

I cant speak to pricing as I purchase in 8k plus quantities but as to quality and everything else I always choose ghanns

I have ordered from a few, and by far Ghann's is the best in my experience. Once had an issue with some escaping on my front porch, and they sent me out a whole new order, no problem at all, free.

Packaging has always been great, speedy shipping, and excellent customer service. I won't go anywhere else.

i concur with the other two. ghann's has been my favorite so far. high quality, healthy crickets and decent prices.

i had the same thing happen to me. it was back when i was ordering smaller crickets and they missed a piece of tape or something, so there was the tiniest of openings in the box. tons of them managed to get out by the time i got home. i emailed ghann's and they sent me a new order right out free of charge

I only buy from LLLReptiles, they only ship over night and they will back up there orders if you get a DOA package. Due to winter just around the corner your going to find issues no matter who you order from but LLLReptiles always send me excellent quality crickets during the cold and hot weather season. Depending on the size of your beardie I would also shy from ordering full on adult crickets, opt for like 1/2inch if your buying in bulk. I made a 1000 count order last around 3weeks on 3/4inch crickets, had many die on me but was cheaper to buy this way as well.

I was ordering from reptilefood.com, but had some issues. Then found a local cricket farm, and it was only $14 per thousand, any size. But I got sick of the crickets and have dubia now lol. I have always heard good things about ghanns though!

there is no way I would ever order anything living from LLLReptile. They are great for dry goods but their living reptiles and insects are all drop shipped.

we ordered from ghans once and they arrive DOA. called ghan and they wouldnt do anything because of some "heat warning". everytime ive been to the web site in the last 5 months they have has that same "warning" posted, so i wount guy from them. Id love to...but not if they are DOA every time.....

...with that said, we buy our crix from flukers...and they are HORRIBLE!!!!! the crix are NEVER the same size, you'll get a bunch that are like..pin head crix...a majority are the right 2 week size...and then like 10% are full blown adults, and every other size in between them. every time we have ordered them, there has been like 20-30 of the little black worm things in there too. ive been very unhappy with them, but dont know where else to go. we are in the process of trying to start a dubia colony now...

yeah during the heat warning it paid to pay for the faster shipping. Though I have never had a problem with ghann's and we are talking I was buying 10k plus every other week.

what shipping did you use? i've been using the overnight shipping with them and haven't had any doa issues.
