Best feeder besides dubias?

Hi everyone :D
I want to pull away from crickets, at least for the beardie. My mother has refused the idea of roaches in the house due to a childhood experience so I need something that is cheap, doesn't smell, and won't cost me an arm and a leg to buy...and is NOT a roach :)

Any ideas. By the way, I have not gotten my beardie yet. He is about 7.5" right now.

I am partial to dubias, but I also have lobsters and turks. Unfortunatly crickets and roaches are the most common staples. However there are pheonix worms, butter worms, super worms, and horn worms, that can be mixed and matched for an interesting diet. Also this website is almost a bible when it comes to nutrition. http://www.beautifuldragons.com

I am mostly just looking to buy unless there is something that I can breed that requires almost no maintenance. (I love my pets but I am not willing to spend an hour each day cleaning and feeding their food.)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
