beginning of gum disease or mouth rot

i was giving my beardie some water the other night and saw this

help please?? im going to start brushing his teeth with HP diluted with water for it to go away ?
its on both sides

It doesn't look like mouth rot but just tooth stains from food, etc. What foods do you feed him?
Does he eat any greens or veggies?
Using the toothbrush should help out for him, just be vigilant about the brushing & cleaning out his mouth daily. You can also use a swab too, if he is relatively tolerant in letting you do teeth cleaning on him.
What are his temperatures in his tank for him???

He eats super worms and greens and his Temps at 95 to 100
And not sure about cold side

The superworms are likely the culprit of the blackness at the gum line. That happens to a lot of them. If he is tolerant, continue to brush his teeth & clean out his mouth/gums daily.
The temperatures should be fine for him, he is an adult correct?

Yes. He turned 1 in November. Do I brush the daily with HP diluted with water ? And what's the best way to brush me ?

Don't use hydrogen peroxide use Betadine diluted down to resemble weak tea. You can just dip the tooth brush into the solution & gently brush that area, trying to see if you can get any of the debris off.
Be sure that he eats his greens also, because that does help keep their teeth clean too.
How is he doing otherwise?

I agree with trying to brush the area gently with a cotton swab. Perhaps it's just a bit of stuck food as mentioned. You could try offering some food with a slightly crunchy/chewy texture that requires a bit more chewing than normal which may help overall dental health. Chopped green beans tend to work pretty well as would bugs with a crunchy shell such as dubia roaches.
