Beardies leashes?

Hi every one. I wanted to get your opinion n the bet place to get a leash fr a baby beardie. ?

it depends on the size/age of your beardie.

if he/she is still a tiny baby i would not recommend a leash. plus they grow quickly so you have to make sure you have one that will still fit after a few months. you might have to buy 2.

you can check the for sale section of this forum, there are 3 kinds for sale.

OgleRpets and Drag-a-Longs are best for small beardies, the ones they sell in petstores are not made for beardies and you have to cut them to make them fit.

Dragon Tamer Lizard Lead is only for adult beardies.

I tried putting a harness on mine. She was not having ANY of that nonsense. LOL Good luck. I bought a collapsible soft crate yesterday and will see if she is OK with that =)

in the beginning they are gonna freak out about the harness.

sometimes they like to wait until you almost have it completely on and then dart off. lol

It took some time for Mr Dargon, but now he knows he can go outside if he has on his harness. and he LOVES going outside.

Yes, she was very good about squirming just as I was about finished doing the attachment. Ah well, Ill try the play pen when its sunny again =)
