beardies and leeks

so along with spring mix and basil, i added leeks to my babies food, do i justuse the greens, or can the white be chopped up as well, it seems a big waste. also was wondering if the only eat the green on bok-choy as well

I'm not sure of spring mix is good for a beardie, as it mostly contains iceberg lettuce which has poor nutritional value and may cause diarrhea. Don't know about the other questions. Here's a great site. http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.com/Nutrition.html Good luck

yea, i have it book marked, thats were i got the leek ideal from. but thank you, yea spring mix is 50-50 on here, some say no some swear by it. the one i got came with romaine, spinich,and some kind of greens, they like, it but not really a staple, every other week, i got with a oddity from beautiful dragons to get them, so far, my girl loves the basil and leek mix,
