Beardie Pooping blood please help!!!!!!!!!!

His feces had a little blood this morning which I started to get concerned then an hour after that I checked again and he pooped again but theres a puddle of blood now!!! Please HELP!

Call your vet now, take him in ! This might very well be a hemorrhage of an organ!
I found the same just before losing my first dragon !

Called Vet earliest they can do is Mon at 8;40 anything I can do prior to then.. food/bath wise? I just cleaned his anal area and his enclosure.

Any other vets in town? Did you tell them he was bleeding?

This is the only one with reptile care and of course.. If they have an open spot earlier I'm the first one they'll call

Hello Nick,

Oh my, how is your dragon this evening? Has the bleeding stopped?
If he continues to bleed in that manner, either try to get him in earlier at the clinic, or maybe see if you can get him in to see a regular vet but not let them medicate or do much invasive procedures since they wont be knowledgeable enough. Maybe an x-ray possibly, or get a fecal done, too.
How old is your dragon?

Hi guys well he seems to be doing alright..he hasnt defecated anymore and hes lapping up squash babyfood. So far vet hasnt called with any opening but I'm still crossing my fingers! Thank you all! I'll keep you all updated this evening!

Hes kind of eating it a spoonful at a time so no poop or blood yet..gave him a nice warm bath. No stress marks on stomach.

He just defecated and absolutley no blood!!!!!! I collected it.. double bagged it and put it in the fridge.. Still going to vet of course!

Hello,

Well, that is great news t hen, no blood with his stool. Ok, so hopefully that is under control. Keep the stool in the bag until monday. If you get a chance to get another sample, take the fresher one of course.
Keep us posted on him. I am glad that he is eating something though. Continue with the warm baths, too.
It possibly could be hookworms, they cause blood with stools quite often due to the intestinal damage & irritation that it causes.

I hope that he will be ok.
