Beardie injury near his head

What I know is that he's been on a couple medicines from the vet (not sure which ones) and there's a vet appointment for him on the 26th in hopes they can help more. The vets weren't sure what was wrong with him

Put some raw honey on to stop infection until you go to vet. Appears to have either scraped or ran into something. But I'm no expert/

Go w/ the raw unfiltered honey its going to promote healing and kill infection before it starts or after - we need to find the cause of this injury --- please post a pic of the tank and his lighting --- all of it -- pics will help -- I am going to flag post to two different people who can also help here--- also NO crickets in the tank they will go straight for the injury ----

I agree with the others, raw unpasteurized honey is the go to for wounds like that. The dragon either gouged it on a sharp object or if there's another beardie in the enclosure it may have bitten so they'd need to be separated. I don't think a vet can do any more if he's already been seen, just put the raw honey on it.

He said he's going to do the honey and he hasn't had crickets in there for a long time.

Ok I see he needs 2 digital probe thermometers - I see stickons they are giving only ambient temps- he wants a surface basking temp- I am not sure what would of caused the injury unless it is the brick decor-- maybe going in and out of it underneath

I think Karrie is right, he might have scraped his head on that pyramid cave by trying to go under or sticking his head through the small hole on the side.

Hi I have a hypo bearded dragon called Buddy. He is two, and I have a lot of experience looking after him. He has never benn sick before so I am hoping he will not!
Hello , im still figureing out this platform,
So violet laid eggs, weeks ago, she was doing very well , in the last 3 to 4 days her poop was more than runny . Haven't changed much in her diet , an appetite is very good. Should I be considering a parasites remedy as she does get bloated as soon as she starts to eat.
My baby beardie likes to sit in their water bowl. I'm curious on whether it would hurt them or not.
Any thoughts an knowledge will be helpful. Thank u
Im needing some questions answered about my female beardeddragon, I honestly have no idea on age , she was a recuse, as ive had a couple in my life an have experience. So 9 weeks in , she earing well pooping well getting comfortable, then approx 3-4 days ago the digging started. So I got a dig box set up in her 75 g tank. Well within 2 hours she dropped an egg.
