- Beardie name(s)
- Supra (2 Years Old) and Nebula (5 Weeks Old)
Hello, Ive noticed that my 3 year old Beardie Supra is suddenly wobbling when hes walking and very unstable. Sometimes he will also go in a circle on his left side before walking straight. I have booked a vet appointment but I wasnt able to get one til the 15th of March.
Im not sure if its related but a week ago around 2 am, my beardie had a random spurt of activity after his nap and ran off my bed. At that point he started only walking in circles towards his left side, it was too late to go to any vets within a 2 hour drive from me so I decided to keep a close watch on him and massage him til he fell asleep. In the morning after a couple hours he was walking normally and was eating fine.
His tank setup is a 6ft reptile tank, with two basking lights on either side. One side has a Exo Terra Solar Glo 160W Basking Light and a (not in photo as it broke)
Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 HO T5 UVB Lamp, the right side has the same UVB lamp but the basking light is a Thrive 100W Essentials Basking Light.
His spine looks crooked to me but im not entirely sure.
Im open to any tips of what I can do before the vet visit or if anyone has any suggestions as to what this could be.
