Hopefully it is not dried blood. It should hopefully just be from the dirt substrate that she was kept on.
You are taking her into the vets tomorrow to have them check it out?

If that isn't mites, which I don't think it is [ if you look very closely you'd see them slowly moving, so have a close look, use a magnifying glass ] the that is just dirt from her enclosure. Just think of what she was living in, you look at the most obvious and that's what it will be. Probably nothing at all to worry about.
