Just want to make sure I won't cause any fires, so is this fixture and bulb compatible? Has anyone had any problems?

Switch the deep dome for a cage or zoo med ceramic clamp lamp, for some reason zoo Med does not recommend their deep dome lamp for ceramic heat emitters. Rule of thumb is ceramic or porcelain socket for things that get hot and make sure you are within your maximum rated wattage. Zoomed reptile products are good quality.

In the mean time (while the ceramic clamp lamp comes in) will it be too dangerous to keep on? I just don't want any fires but need the heat..

I am not sure why Zoomed does not recommend their deep domes to be used with ceramic heat emitters, might have more to do with burning the heat emitter out then catching fire. Seems that some fellow dragon owners have chatted about this in the past, here's the link viewtopic.php?f=34&t=93825 .

Hope this helps, good luck.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
