Apples?

Hi there...I just wanted to mention that although apples can be added to a saled once in a while, they really aren't a great food for beardies. Especially for babies they should be avoided unless you can grate them finely , even a small chunk has the potential to cause impaction because the baby beardie lacks the jaw strength to chew it and must swallow it pretty much whole. So just be careful, there are lote more foods that are better for them, focusing on leafy greens and other veggies. One thing that could be added is that beardies love green clover, the kind that grows close to the ground. If it's spring where you live, beardies will also eat the yellow flowers of the forsythis bush. It's nice to have free snacks for the kids once in a while !

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
