Good evening. I'm new here, however I have learned a lot already! So thank you.
I have about a 5 week old little guy (maybe?) in a 20 gallon tank - 12 inches high. It has a mesh top. Reptisun 10.0 18 inch T8 in a Reptisun reflector hood. I know the mesh block a lot of the power, but does the reflector help to negate the weakening affects of the mesh? Should it be mounted inside?
The highest basking spot for now is around 4 inches. Def
make that higher?
He is not eating much. He is starting to shed (His tail and feet are white) and has only been home less than a week. He is active and extremely alert.
