Amounts?

I want a beardie badly but if I did get one Itd be either a Juvie or baby. How much veggies and live feeders should I give them from when they are a baby to when they are an adult?Also, is it ok to feed dead crickets? Just wondering.Thanks.

Well all Beardies are different when it comes to how they eat lol the personality for every Beardie is different. Sahara will only eat crickets or worms and she is still young maybe about 7 months. Spiff on the other hand is a little over a year and he prefers salad most....however the other day he downed 75 crickets all at once and wasnt even full then :shock: But most beardies that are young (babies, and juvies) prefer live prey over salad, but be sure to offer a little salad every day even tho they dont prefer it they may still take a bite

ok he will need to be fed 3x a day however much he will eat in 15 minutes each time

as he gets older he will eat less live food and more veggies but they should still be offered to him

when he gets around 7 months he can be fed only 1-2 x a day however much he will eat in 15 minutes

and should get fresh veggies as well

when they are about 1 year they should only get feeders 2-3x a week(3-50 feeders) and then greens everyday
