Unless the husbandry is poor and the UVA & UVB inadequate , temperatures are wrong, and it's not getting sufficient live insect protein and dietary calcium..... which will definitely result in a failure to thrive / grow .
Please upload photos of him, and his viv showing lights and substrate and setup, and tell us
how heavy he is in grams and how you are feeding him.
