Sorry if this sounds stupid, I'm still trying to figure everything out - Dust the reptiworms AND the salad with multivitamin supplement twice a week, or one or the other?

I've been buying reptiworms for 6 months now and have not once fed them. The ONLY thing you need to do is keep them at 50 - 55 degrees (I use my cellar) and they will last a month + without turning into flies.
So Stop feeding them!! You don't need to, and if you do feed them, they create waste, then the bedding they come in will harbor their waste...
